Are you a customer of the Motability Scheme, or do you have an application for a Scheme vehicle that is still pending? We might be able to assist with the cost of your driving lessons if:
You possess a provisional driving license and a valid certificate for passing the theory test.
You are a recipient of a Government means-tested benefit.
Alternatively, you have obtained a grant from the Mobility scheme for adapting the driving controls on your Motability Scheme vehicle and require lessons to learn their use.
Who can apply for a Driving Lessons Grant through the Mobility Scheme?
Individuals with disabilities who have a lease agreement through the Motability Scheme or have placed an order for a vehicle under the scheme (with delivery anticipated within four months), possess a provisional driving licence, and hold a valid theory test pass certificate.
