Competition Terms & Conditions
By entering this competition, all participants agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
1.1. The competition is open to individuals aged 17 years or over who are legally eligible to learn to drive in the United Kingdom at the time of entry.
1.2. The winner must hold a valid UK provisional driving licence.
1.3. The winner must have already passed their UK driving theory test prior to commencing the course, with sufficient validity remaining to complete the practical test.
1.4. The winner must live, work, or travel to our existing coverage areas.
2. The Prize
2.1. The prize consists of a FREE one-week intensive manual driving course provided by Drive It School of Motoring, including practical driving tuition and the standard UK driving test fee.
2.2. The prize does not include theory test fees, any practical test retest fees, travel expenses, accommodation, or any additional costs incurred by the winner.
2.3. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
3. Course Conditions
3.1. The course must be completed within 12 months of the winner being notified.
3.2. All lessons must be taken over one consecutive week (5 days), subject to instructor availability.
3.3. Lessons will be provided exclusively by Drive It Paul of Drive It School of Motoring in the Taunton Test Centre area.
4. Winner Selection & Notification
4.1. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the competition closing date.
4.2. The winner will be contacted using the details provided at entry.
4.3. If the selected winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, Drive It School of Motoring reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
5. Promotion & Publicity
5.1. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that their name and/or photograph may be used by Drive It School of Motoring for promotional and marketing purposes, including on social media and the company website, without additional compensation.
6. General
6.1. Drive It School of Motoring reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
6.2. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.
